- Delivered Leadership Workshops to 40 groups (351 children & young people) – improving on their confidence & self-esteem, communication skills, team work, creativity, presentations and above all turning them into leaders.
- Delivered Peer Mentor Training to 8 groups (43 young people) – young people became Peer Mentors to their friends, siblings and peers focusing on building their confidence, motivating them to succeed in education & life and identifying career goals.
- Delivering Innovations Workshops since 2010 – planting the seed of entrepreneurship, building enterprise skills and confidence to over 2000 children & young people.
- Delivered Mentoring to 91 young people – support included identifying or helping generate key future ambitions and helping develop a Personal Development Plan in line with their key goals. Support also included providing advice and guidance on developing social & personal skills, including confidence building and motivating them to pursue their ambitions.
- Delivered Positivity Workshops to 12 groups (67 children & young people) – improving on positive thinking & attitude, improved confidence & self -esteem and above all becoming happier.
- Delivered Dangers of Social Media Workshops to 2 groups (12 young people) – creating awareness of the dangers of social media, keeping children safe online and in the community, preventing from being the problem and how to use social media in a beneficial way.
- Delivered Life Skills Workshops to 6 groups (27 children & young people) – a youth empowerment project that helped children & young people manage their daily lives more effectively, save & spend more wisely and have more focus & self control. Workshops included; Self Control & Focus, Manners & Etiquette, Money Management & Time Management.
- Delivered a mentoring programme to 15 young people – support included identifying or helping generate key future ambitions and helping develop a Personal Development Plan in line with their key goals. Support also included providing advice and guidance on developing social & personal skills, including confidence building and motivating them to pursue their ambitions.
- Delivered Youth Violence & Gangs Workshops to 4 groups of children & young people – creating awareness of youth violence & gangs, preventing joining gangs and keeping safe in the community.
- Delivered Empowerment, Leadership & Innovations Programme to 4 groups (24 young people).
- Delivered mentoring to 32 children & young people – empowerment, confidence building, social & personal skills development, keeping safe in the community, focusing in school, positivity, behaviour improvement, motivation.
- BIBD is the largest Islamic Bank in Brunei Darussalam.
- BIBD ALAF is one of the banks CSR Projects. They provide support to disadvantaged children and young people in the areas of Education, Entrepreneurship, and Community.
- Leadership Skills Training provided to 30 Junior Students and 30 Senior Students.
- Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Workshops delivered to 120 Primary, Secondary and University Students in Brunei.

- Delivered Debating Workshops to 11 groups (66 children & young people – some refreshers) – improving on their confidence & self-esteem, speaking & listening skills and patience.

- Delivered Enterprise & Entrepreneurship Workshops to Students from Community Schools.
- Delivering Job Skills & Business Skills Training Workshops to 150 Young People in order for them to become more employable, confident, and independent.
- One to One Mentoring support to 150 Young People – assistance in producing personal develop/route to employment plans.
- This project aimed at encouraging young people involved in gun crime and/or gangs to become entrepreneurs.
- Managed and delivered a mentoring scheme encouraging and supporting 40 young people to consider enterprise for personal development.
- Delivered a program encompassing awareness of enterprise, market research, business planning, marketing, information/referrals to appropriate agencies.
- Providing Enterprise Awareness & Skills Development and Soft Skills Development to 70 Somali Youths in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (Ladbroke Grove), London.
- Providing Enterprise Awareness & Skills Development, Job Skills and Soft Skills Development Workshops to 100 Young Girls and Women from BME communities in Brent, Barnet and Kensington & Chelsea, London.
- Delivered ‘Enterprise Awareness & Skills’ workshops to 48 individuals from BME communities from within Birmingham. Majority of which were South Asian women beneficiaries.

Developed the concept of a road safety hero called ‘Safe Man’ and produced a comic magazine providing road safety messages & tips to children.
Developed a second edition of the ‘Safe Man’ comic magazine promoting healthy eating and exercise to children.
Developed the DVD Concept, Script writing & Consultancy for road safety DVD.
Developed an Urdu, Punjabi & English road safety magazine for the South Asian residents of Sandwell.
